This one-man show, written by Marc Deaton, stars Deaton as Max Lorenz,
once the crown prince of the German opera world and sometimes referred to as Hitler’s Siegfried.
Max Lorenz defied Hitler and still survived the perils of the Third Reich.

The evening continues with an interview with Marc Deaton and Pem McNerney,
celebrating Marc Deaton’s 40th year in opera. 
This concert is also in commemoration of Holocaust Remembrance Day.

100 minutes, with no intermission.
Not suitable for young children;
some adult language & situations, including vivid, risqué & violent imagery about Germany in the 1930s and the Holocaust.
Supertitles will be provided at the 7:00 pm performance on September 21
for those who have hearing loss or are hard of hearing.
